REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

7 Days Replacement Policy

Wrader offers 7 day “No Questions Asked" Refund Policy for all the products that are sold on the website in case of “Damages or Defects Only”. This policy is not applicable for "Change of Mind" or "Refunds" due to Disliking the Products, in both cases the REFUND and CANCELLATION will not be Applicable. And we will only replace the Defective Products at Zero Cost and Refunds for Defective Items are not applicable, they will be exchanged with the product only once the QC Team Approves it. And, we also reserve all the right to provide an alternate product of the same value or higher value, in case of only the product is OUT OF STOCK. Normal wear and tear and damages due to negligence are NOT COVERED under this policy.

The Replacement is Applicable for all the products that are sold on the website and the Charges will be borne by the Wrader Store for the Replacement. Customers are advised to contact us via Support Number or Email within 7 days from the time of Order Received, if the Customer does not contact us within the given timeline of 7 Days then the Replacement Service will not be provided for that Order. If the Shipping Address of the Customer shows Non-Serviceable then Customer has to bear all the charges of the Third-Party Courier Services.

Once we receive the product, the QC (Quality Check) will be done and once the QC Team Approves it then we will ship a replacement to your original address/invoice address.

 

NOT COVERED IN REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. MISUSED PRODUCTS
  2. TAMPERED PRODUCT
  3. DAMAGED PRODUCT DUE TO WATER INGRESS AND PHYSICAL DAMAGE
  4. DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
  5. COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT
  6. PRODUCT ACCESSORIES MISSING

 

All of the Mentioned Details Which are not Covered in the Replacement Policy are applicable to the Product that is being sold on the website and if any of the mentioned things are found missing in the Replacement, the Replacement will be rejected by the Team and the same will be informed to the Customer.

 

The Refund will be processed within 7-10 Days once we receive the Product in Intact Condition.
